I recently had some carpet and luxury vinyl flooring installed by A1 flooring in Welland. I mostly dealt with Peter at the Welland store and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He sure knew what he was talking about. We also had Ann from the store help us with some tile selection while Peter was off that day. She was an absolute pleasure to talk too and was also very helpful. The floor tiles were installed by Paul who did a fantastic job. Very friendly and skilled. Did his best to save on material while not comprising his work. The floor looks fabulous and we are very happy customers. Great experience overall....

Paul and Rich did a great job. They were polite, friendly and addressed any concerns I had. They also did a fantastic job. They are very proud of their work and it shows. We couldn't be any happier with the job they did for us. Great job done by a pair of great guys. Five stars.

Andrew was incredibly helpful! I was there to support a friend after a flooded basement, and Andrew was accommodating and informative. Product options were numerous, including pricing. I will be coming back when I move next year.

Outstanding service and installation. Great selection and fair pricing. The team is helpful, friendly and the showroom was dog friendly, perfect as we were selecting new carpet for our main living area. I have used Alfieri for carpet and tiling and highly recommend.

Alfieri flooring was great from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Carol did an amazing job guiding us to ultimately what we choose as our backsplash tile. It looks STUNNING in our kitchen. Thanks also to the installers Bonnie and Randy, who were amazing. They did a great job.

Courtney was knowledgeable, friendly and spot on with her recommendations. Jordan did a fantastic job with installation and it couldn’t have turned out better! Thank you.

BUILD IT AGAIN RON REVIEWS

Renovations are never easy and we did a lot of research and hunting before finding Build it Again Ron. We found amazing tiling that suited both bathrooms, a perfect affordable custom vanity and also got our fixtures here as well. Chris was very patient and super helpful. I'm assuming there is a good manager present too as anytime she had to go off and ask the manager about extra details, we were always greeted with a favourable response. I see why this place has excellent reviews. Thank you Chris; We appreciate you very much. Highly recommend this store!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is super helpful and offered great knowledge of products. They looked into every question we asked and provided us with costs and information to bring back to our contractor. Couldn’t be more pleased I would 100% recommend people shop here!

This place is the best. I drive all the way from Hamilton. The prices are super competitive and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend them for any tile/flooring/window/ cabinetry needs. Seriously they have it all!
