Chilliwack Carpet One Floor & Home

I had a wonderful experience at Carpet one Chilliwack. The sales rep Nicki was so helpful and knew her product very well. The whole process was very enjoyable and they did an absolutely wonderful subfloor build and laminate install. It looks great and changes the whole feel of the space. I would highly recommend my friends and family to utilize this business next time they have any flooring needs!

My mother-in-law had another carpet company cancel on her last minute and she was really upset. I called Vanessa at Carpet One, explained the situation and she was beyond helpful. She was able to find an installer, carpet and underlay that fit our timeline and budget. What a difference from one company to another. Nikki and Mike were great to work with. They were friendly, and always quick to respond and answer any questions we might have throughout the process.
