Their chef uses as many local ingredients as possible, including a custom blend from meat craft butchery for their sliders, Van Isle potatoes, and premium ice cream from Island Farms. All of their sauces are homemade. Sip and Sliders Food Truck is available for various events and occasions and offers unique catering services. Their little bid dill slider is topped with melted mozzarella cheese, dili pickle cheese, dili pickle, fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, and housemade dili aioli. You can savour their chipotl-wee, which is prepared using crispy onion rings piled high on melted cheddar + housemade chipotle sauce. Gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free choices are available on their menu. Curbside pickup is also available.

Sip and Sliders are amazing. They came to our school and spoiled our teachers. We hired them to give them an unforgettable lunch experience. The smell of onions on the grill and delicious burgers cooking was the first indication that the teachers were in for a treat. The teacher all got their food made to order and could not stop leaving about it. Thank you sip and sliders. They are a must at every event. Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burgers Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Kid-friendliness: Sliders that fit perfectly in your little ones hand. Amazing friends and the best shakes.

Today the Sip and Sliders food truck was at woodgrove mall for the mom market, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the sliders very much, the staff are wonderful, very welcoming and full of energy, you won't regret eating here. (Picture attached is the Chipotl-Wee).

Had a banana, caramel and coffee milkshake and it was the best milkshake I’ve ever had and accommodating to my friend who is hard of hearing.

While a touch more pickle flavor would elevate it, it's still a must-try for pickle enthusiasts and those seeking new taste experiences. Friendly and fast service!

VEGAN poutine! Our family popped in while heading up island and had amazingly good poutine. The food was prepared with great care and high quality ingredients. Super friendly people in the truck and a large Vegan menu! Highly recommend!

Great poutine, lots of options. The owner is extremely friendly and every single thing on the in the truck is gluten free! I believe she also said it is nut free as well. Definitely recommend. This is the "angry".

TACOMANIA REVIEWS

Tacomania is the food truck in the inside corner of the Lowe's parking lot at Nanaimo North Town Centre. I'm partial to the fish taco with a mild sauce. The truck is open at lunchtime, and I try to get my fish taco early in case they run out. I usually take my taco into the mall where there are tables & chairs in the hallway.

Really delicious food for a good price. I had the beef and pork taco with Chipotle mayo. Definitely worth many repeats for a quick and filling lunch, plus there's always their fish taco to sample. You should definitely eat here to see what an authentic style taqueria is like.

Love the vegan tacos and friendly service! Fresh, healthy, flavourful food to fuel a fun day.
