MON PETIT CHOUX REVIEWS

Delicious veggie Benny served on a croissant. Food was thoughtful and well-seasoned. Baked goods are also excellent - try the pain au chocolate. Some reviewers say the service is poor but everyone was friendly and attentive while we were there. I'd say they should have better street signage, except that they were the only brunch place without a long wait on a Saturday, so I'm selfishly glad they are a bit harder to spot.

My favorite cafe for brunch! The food is delicious! Had the Strata this time and will probably get it again on my next visit.

Really nice place ! My dish was really huge and everything was great so I hardly recommended it.

Our arrival on the island happened to be Mother’s Day and we chose the Bold Knight to celebrate. Staff found a table for us on a very special day when many tables were reserved. Our waitress was amazing, wish I’d caught her name. Their virgin Mojito was one of the best I have had. Steak dinner was wonderful. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was a wonderful way to wrap up our journey west and celebrate the day.

Read the reviews for great steaks and seafood and wasn't disappointed. The lobsterfest menu was excellent, with plenty of options! The service was attentive and professional. Will definitely come again.

There were 3 of us Ladies that had dinner there Saturday night and it was amazing. Delicious food, over the top service and a beautiful vibe.Thank you.

My girlfriend and I walked in and was told they were fully booked. As we walked across the street the owner Chris came out and yelled he could make some space for us. So glad he did because we have been searching for a breakfast place and have finally found it. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the soup and eggs Benny and if it was polite I would have licked my plate clean. Everything on my plate was delicious. You can really tell they care and definitely stand out from the rest. We can't wait to eat there again.

Our breakfast here was fantastic. Standouts were the potatoes au gratin and eggs Benedict with salmon. Vibe and service were lovely. So glad we happened upon this spot.

Love the food and enjoy talking to the owner! The food looks great and tastes even better. The owner is very kind and funny and offers nice services. Would definitely come back again when visiting Nanaimo in the future.
