Great service and responsiveness. Ryan Farr was amazing to work with; provided great information - rapid responses and even helped with a little payment glitch. All went smoothly and item was delivered exactly as expected and on time! I will continue to use the Brick as my first choice for home furniture and appliances.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jon Mac Alpine at Leon's, and I must say, their service was exceptional. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect furniture for my home. Their friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I highly recommend seeking out this sales representative for their outstanding assistance and professionalism.

Absolutely incredible service from Cole, we just purchased a new mattress and adjustable base, mattress cover and warranty. There was no pressure to buy, he was informative, answered all our questions and was very patient. Great service and very good at his job! Will be back for our next furniture purchase.

Salesman was very nice and not pushy and answered all my questions which made it a pleasant experience. The delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with. This is my first time buying from Leon's and it will be my go to place for future purchases.

I visited this store recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly humble, patient, and helpful. They took the time to listen to my needs and guided me in finding the perfect furniture. The store itself is well organized and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. I’m very happy with the furniture I purchased, as the quality is excellent. Although I didn’t use their delivery service, I’ve heard great things about it from others. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its outstanding customer service and quality products.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received at Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse. The sales team were very helpful, attentive, and understood what we were looking for. It’s refreshing to go to a store where the sales reps actually are interested in helping you and enjoy their jobs. We love our new reclining couch set. It looks so beautiful and comfy in our home. This is our second purchase from here and we were extremely happy with our purchases both times. We recommend this store and we will be going back!!.

We went to almost all of the furniture stores today. We left surplus with a couch. We went in with the budget for a couch and came out with a sectional. A man named Zacharie and his assistant were quick and knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Thank you!.
