Overall very satisfied with both floor sales and store management. They were friendly, accommodating, and my two couches were readily available same day at their Edmonton warehouse. Warehouse staff were very friendly and helpful, the couches were well packaged to avoid damage in transit and you get what you pay for in a quality product. 10/10 experience.

Raj was very prompt, polite and knowledgable regarding their mattresses. She spent about 30 min with is testing as she explained the various features and warranties. We arrived at our best choice without any pressure or confusion. This was honestly one of the best purchase experiences we have had in a while. Thank you, Raj, keep up the great work!
