My experience with Ifurniture was so positive! I got a really nice small sectional black velvet couch. I fell in love with it however when I received it I learned that it wasn’t the type that hooks. Technicians came and helped me install hooks which was above and beyond the service that most standard big box retailers offer. I will be back again during boxing week and every time after that! I definitely recommend this store to those who like hands of staff. great shopping experience!

It was relatively pain free to get my new couches. I went in with my trailer. I decided to pick them up rather then get them delivered. Everyone at both the main store and warehouse were super helpful. Overall pretty great experience. I would order again.

Got my couch today, little bit of hiccup because they sent me the wrong colour. However customer service was great! Actioned it right away and got my new couch the day after! Will recommend to friends and family! I love love love my couch! Thank you!
