Thank you to the outstanding service provided by Jason their technician and thanks to Peter the GM that helped me with my 2 garage doors. After being scammed by Upper level Doors in Kingston, I was relived to finally get some professional advice and service! If you have an issue with your garage door you want to call these guys they know their business and they wont scam you like others in Kingston! Trust me, I should have called them first.

I am very happy with the whole experience with door doctor. A wire broke and the door wasn't able to close properly. They gave me a detailed quote over the phone, explained what to expect, were able to come in later that day and were very mindful of social distancing when here. Everything about the repair process was quick and easy.
