Very impressed with Terry and his team. The tension spring on our overhead door broke late Friday and they had a tech here the next morning to work on things. New parts had to be ordered but they were able to put in a temporary fix so we could use the garage door in the mean time. When the parts came in a week later, THEY contacted ME about scheduling the install (so refreshing not to have to chase down a vendor to complete their work). Both techs that came to do the jobs were very professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. And most importantly - it now works awesome and the price was extremely fair. Would definitely recommend Doorwest.
