I have to say the morning crew at the PF Ellice/PP location are absolutely delightful. Amanda and Jordan are ALWAYS pleasant, professional and most of all fun first thing when I walk in at 6:10am. They always have a smile on their face and make me feel like family. It's makes to a great start to my workout. Both keep the gym extremely clean with Jordan always buzzing around working non-stop! She is AMAZING!!!! Shout out to the weekend crew too; Ally and the other young girl, cannot remember her name off hand but also very friendly and full of smiles. Keep up the great work you guys, you're an inspiration to us all.

Great gym. Very relaxed atmosphere. No one is slamming weights and damaging equipment. Equipment is always promptly repaired when it worn out. Treadmills are all adjusted regularly and never slip even running at full speed. Never feel judged by any of the members. All at a great price. Unfortunately no sauna tho.

Super Clean!! They have staff wiping down and dusting the equipment pretty much the entire time I was there (3 hours). The equipment is all top notch and in excellent condition. The change rooms are also very clean and modern. The showers resemble something from an upscale boutique hotel. Lots of hot water with a rainfall showerhead. I'm glad I joined!!.

Just took my first yoga class with Marla and wow, was I blown away! Her teaching style is absolutely wonderful. She's attentive, warm, and has this knack for making everyone comfortable with the poses. One thing that really stood out was how she guided us to breathe into each pose, encouraging us to be truly present within our bodies. The class struck a perfect balance between challenge and relaxation. I walked out feeling refreshed and in tune with myself. Can't wait to go back for more! If you're considering yoga, Marla's class is a must-try!.

This is a shout-out to my personal trainer, Saba. I decided to have a personal trainer as a way to try something new in my life. This was my first time working with a personal trainer, and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the experience with Saba. Her personalized approach, motivational attitude, and expert guidance have made my initial sessions incredibly valuable. It must be highlighted that she has incredible knowledge about fitness. Saba transformed what I began as a new endeavor into a focused goal for me. I will be back to work with Saba once I am done with my academics. I highly recommend her to anyone, and thank you, Saba, for your guidance.

This is the best fitness center I have ever visited and worked out in. I personally enjoyed doing my exercise and the thing I liked the most is the friendly staff. I liked the machinery also. At Last I would like to say that the Shapes Fitness is the b3st club that I worked out in.

No doubt, the best gym in town! The staff is great. My family and I consider Altea our second home in Winnipeg A shout out to my Trainer this last 2 years. Donald Marcelo! Great trainer. Helped me improve my technique so much Went from squatting 225 to 415.

I’ve been coming to Altea since January and have nothing but good to say. Lots of room, Clean , beautiful views of the skyline while working out. I did some personal training with Chase - he’s been super knowledgeable, patient and has really pushed me to gain strength with proper form. Would definitely recommend Chase! Thank you.

Altea is overall a good gym, the amenities are nice and I really enjoy the classes when I can get into them. The staff are also great! Nitesh in particular is the best, he’s always super friendly + helpful! Would recommend this gym.
