I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters Polo Park. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to understand my needs. The optometrist, Dr. Earl was thorough and explained everything clearly, making me feel confident in my prescription. The frame selection was amazing—plenty of stylish options, and the staff, Dominica helped me choose the perfect pair for my sons’ face shape and style. They even made sure the fit was just right! The service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who truly care about their customers.

I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. Adrian, the optician who helped me, was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, patient, and really took the time to make sure my glasses were perfect for me. He explained everything clearly, gave great advice, and made the whole process stress-free and even fun. I walked out not only with glasses I love but also feeling genuinely cared for. Huge thanks to Adrian and the whole LensCrafters team for going above and beyond!.

I had an eye exam at another optometrist, and when it came to buying glasses the selection was awful... As a first time glasses wearer I was lost browsing mindlessly, and I found everything looked horrible on me. So I came to Bailey Nelson to try a different selection and found a few pairs that I really like, and I think actually look good on me! Mercedes was super patient with me as I tried to decide what I liked, and even nudged me towards the pairs that she thought looked best, when I was having trouble deciding. She definitely turned a very uncomfortable new experience into something approachable and easy, and I left feeling confident in the frames I picked out.

They were so friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. It’s either Mercedes or Kelly the name of the lady who helped me (I forgot the name, sorry) but she was so kind and friendly and fixed my glasses within five minutes. I would definitely recommend buying your glasses here!...

Really good experience with them, I’ll recommend it to everyone who wants new glasses, they were very nice and helpful. And they take care of all even the small details. Thanks you.. we will see you again for our next check in 2 years….
