I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters Polo Park. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to understand my needs. The optometrist, Dr. Earl was thorough and explained everything clearly, making me feel confident in my prescription. The frame selection was amazing—plenty of stylish options, and the staff, Dominica helped me choose the perfect pair for my sons’ face shape and style. They even made sure the fit was just right! The service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who truly care about their customers.

I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. Adrian, the optician who helped me, was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, patient, and really took the time to make sure my glasses were perfect for me. He explained everything clearly, gave great advice, and made the whole process stress-free and even fun. I walked out not only with glasses I love but also feeling genuinely cared for. Huge thanks to Adrian and the whole LensCrafters team for going above and beyond!

Doctor was wonderful, took her time on the exam. Explained everything. Was lectured upon arrival by reception staff for not cleaning my glasses often enough and for using online store for glasses. My glasses are very strong and cost a lot for the special lenses and progressives. Not everyone can afford this. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 out of 5.

They were so friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. It’s either Mercedes or Kelly the name of the lady who helped me (I forgot the name, sorry) but she was so kind and friendly and fixed my glasses within five minutes. I would definitely recommend buying your glasses here!

Really good experience with them, I’ll recommend it to everyone who wants new glasses, they were very nice and helpful. And they take care of all even the small details. Thanks you.. we will see you again for our next check in 2 years…
