I had a wonderful experience at Bridgewater when I took my sweet Bella in Friday evening. The desk staff were all super friendly and helpful, the clinic is super clean, and Dr Riley Rentz was amazing. Its always nerve wracking taking your dog to a vet you have never met before, and she exceeded all expectations. She had such a compassionate, calm, and sincere energy to her, and they were all so gentle and patient with my girl who is 15. The quote was exactly what they charged me, and they had us in and out in probably an hour. I am grateful it wasn't super busy when I went in as I realize this may not always be the case. Thank you to all of the hard working and kind staff! I really appreciated the care on Friday evening.

I’ve always had positive experiences here, even during hard times. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and helpful during the unexpected end of my cat’s life. I even received a card in the mail after putting her down, which was really thoughtful. While I go to another vet, that is closer to me for regular exams, I’ve come here twice with my dog for emergencies and have always been treated with kindness. Everything was explained clearly when my dog got sick on two different occasions. I will always recommend this vet to people!

Very kind people, feel empathy towards the animals and do everything to help them. I'm glad my dogs final weeks were with loving and caring people instead of money hungry emergency hospital with no care in the world. May Latka always stay in our hearts. If I ever need a vet again, this will be the place I will go.

I’ve always had amazing experiences at Birchwood. Their vets, techs, and front desk staff all really care about my dog and take great care of her. They’re very understanding of her reactivity and always accommodate us. I can’t recommend them enough!

Went to see visiting surgeon Dr. Bebchuk. The clinic was clean, the room was nice and cozy, my dog felt at ease. The staff were friendy..

Incredible veterinarian staff, have been using them for 3 years with 2 of my cats, 1 senior and 1 kitten. I have recommended them to many friends and everyone comes back with great reviews .Doctor Brar is amazing, but we have seen other veterinarians also when he wasn’t in who were also wonderful. The vet’s always go above and beyond to answer any and all questions you have and they give you all the options (including pricing) - but they never pressure or make you feel rushed into making big decisions. They are the most knowledgeable and kind veterinarians I’ve ever dealt with. They are very practical and always offer natural remedies in addition to traditional treatments. I couldn’t recommend them enough! They are a wonderful team of people who care about people and their animals. 10/10.

I walked with my Dog over to the vet since we only live 10min. away so I could weigh him but he wouldn't go in the Vet. A guy tried to help me get Buddy (my Dog) in but instead Buddy slipped out of his Harness so 2 staff members helped me catch him. These staff members very helpful, supportive, outgoing and motivated to go beyond the call of duty to insure that my Dog was safe.

We had a positive experience. Very friendly, good prices and not pushy. They were recommended by a friend and i will definitely pass it along!!
