This place is a beautiful, clean gym. All sorts of classes to join with your membership, a hot tub and steam room for those days you need it. Rooms you can use to workout solo, basketball court and other court for volleyball, etc. Highly recommend! You won't regret it.

great facility to do multiple activities under one roof like gym, badminton, indoor track, cardio, swimming and so on.

The instructors are wonderful. The exercise in the warm pool is fabulous.

Highly recommend. I found that meeting virtually eliminated some barriers for me and I've learned so much from Amy M and Lisa W. I really appreciate their balanced and compassionate approach, I always felt supported and came away with usable strategies and tools to make sure that I'm getting the nutrition I need and can meal plan to feed my family in all the busyness of life.

I found Ciji at a time when I really needed the support of a kind therapist who would gently push me out of my comfort zone. Her gentle approach, while still holding me accountable, has helped me feel heard while I work toward my goals.
