My hair was messed up badly at a different salon and I was recommended Lindsay to help with a colour correction. She took my hair from the worst it has ever looked to the absolute best it has ever looked. She is so incredibly skilled and she is a great communicator, she made sure I was comfy and aware of everything that was going on at every stage. She helped me understand what was realistic for my hair and gave me lots of options and ideas for what we could do. The salon is so cool and comfortable with drinks and snacks available. I was so badly burned by my negative hair experience that I wasn't sure I'd be able to trust anyone with my hair again, but Lindsay really put me at ease. Now I can't wait to keep doing awesome experimental hair adventures with her in future! Very very highly recommended. Thank you so much Lindsay!

This was the first time that I went to this place and they did a amazing job. I didn't know what I wanted but the person who cut my hair gave me great suggestions and I'm very very happy with how it turned out. I definitely plan on coming back here when I need another haircut and I look forward to coming back here when I want to dye my hair.

Portia was absolutely amazing! I went in for a layered wolf/mullet cut with bangs and I left with one of my favourite haircuts to date :) On top of that she was incredibly friendly and personable and they were so fun to talk to. I had such a great experience here and I’d definitely recommend to anyone (especially if you love a queer friendly space with lots of cool decorations everywhere!) Thank you and I can’t wait to come back again!

Chloe is such a talented hair stylist! I went to her for a curly cut and color - it is so difficult to find someone that knows how to do both curly hair and is skilled with color so I feel so lucky to have found her. Her service was so full of care from the way she kept my face and ears clean, tested the color I requested ahead of time on a cut strand of her own hair, to the amazing massage while washing my hair! It was such a lovely experience and worth every penny. Everyone else there was super sweet and made sure I had tea. There was also an adorable dog in a sweater wandering around. Super close to the sky train too! Highly recommend.

Been coming to Zoom for over a year now and really love their service. I go every 5 weeks and Sayge is my regular stylist - she's amazing at what she does, very informative about styling, products, hair care etc., and super sweet. Can't recommend her enough. I've also had one appointment with Ivy when Sayge wasn't available and really liked her as well.

Sayge always make me feel comfortable when I have my hair done. She is kind, pleasant & amazing. I am a picky person when it's about my hair, but definitely Sayge exceeded my expectation every single time when I visited the salon. Great experience all the time!

My hairstylist is Natalia and she is hands-down the best I’ve ever had and I’m almost 70 years old now! She has expertise, she has grace, she has style, she has confidence and she has beauty! She is also gentle, thoughtful and has made me visible with the best tasteful & funky hairstyle! It has been my pleasure to get to know her over the past year and I look forward to our time together every few months. I admit that I do not have easy hair to work with! It is poker Straight and fine and thinning, and yet Natalia has worked a miracle! To top it off, Eclipps is a lovely space to get a new do.

My first visit to Eclipps Hair Cafe and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; even allowing me to secure my bicycle inside while I had my hair cut. Kym was my stylist and was super friendly, positive, creative and fun! I had a great experience and looking forward to returning for my next cut. Thanks Eclipps Hair Cafe! B.

I really like the hair stylist, Lisa. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She’ll be my hair stylist from now on. I felt like I trusted her the entire time I was in the chair. She even fixed my chop job of my bangs. 10/10
