We chose two programs: one about the sturgeons which involved great interactive games and activities, and then the more scientific one in the afternoon where the students had to test and evaluate the turbidity of the water. We had our snack outside along the boardwalk which in itself is quite interesting. There are plenty of benches to have picnic lunches at that also provide a great view.

This place is absolutely crammed with military memorabilia. Photos, uniforms, guns, you name it is here. Even General Montgomery's dress jacket is on display. It is more like an Aladdin's cave than a museum and maybe lacking with information on some things but still a fascinating place to spend an hour or so. Most of the exhibits have been collected and brought back from conflict areas from all over the world. It is only open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-3. Well worth a visit.

Great, historic community arena with exceptional skating instruction, good ice and good staff. Dressing rooms are small & older but clean. Ice is reasonably priced and hosts great programs, minor hockey, private rentals and much more.
