Staff made parking a no brainer -- Got food delivered to the door -- There were no last minute hangups and the checkout was good. -- The hot tub was nice -- From the people who took my calls to the lobby staff I felt well taken care of and at ease during my brief but very enjoyable stay. -- Saw the hotel over the years -- The view from our balcony was great and staying lower on the hotel actually was quite nice as we were over the water.

The staff were very approachable and helpful and the public spaces were always clean and well maintained. The room had a great view, and also was clean and well cared for. The pillows were even comfortable! As I was there during a heat wave, I can confirm the AC works quite well! Although a bit tricky to get to the first time, there are so many nearby amenities that these make up for the initial inconvenience.

Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly. I’ve stayed here numerous times for work - great location if you’re staying in New Westminster. Restaurant downstairs is decent too.

Iqbal the guy I met at the met hotel. I found out he was the general manager. Very humble guy. Very helpful. I travelled few countries and even different provinces in canada but never met someone enthusiastic about his work. Very professional and very understanding. Hotel is great. Clean rooms. Awesome location. Awesome food at their restaurant. Liquor store is right there. I had great time staying at this hotel. Every time I have free time I went talked to Iqbal and he is very knowledgeable about the city as well. Best ever experience staying at hotel. Thank you Iqbal for all your help. You raised the standards high.

Great hotel for a great price. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms on the fourth floor which had huge shower & nice views of the river. Staff were lovely & very accommodating of all of our needs. Looking forward to staying again.

Liked the fact that it was a secure and clean place to rest my head a night. Great location because it's conveniently located next to a convenience store, train station, and waterfront/pier.

QUEENS HOTEL REVIEWS

What a gem! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very close to Vancouver airport. While the room was small, it had all of the amenities for a comfortable one night stay prior to flying out. Complimentary snacks and fruit awaited us at check in and for the duration of our short stay. The host gave us very good recommendations for getting a bite to eat within walking distance. Most notable was how quiet it was in a busy area. It should be noted that there isn’t an elevator, and rooms are on the second floor with two flights of stairs. Would definitely recommend to the traveler who wants a safe, clean, and comfortable place to rest their head.

This place was great. A little unconventional about entrance being in a strip mall but you move to the back where parking is and it's all the same. I don’t know why there are bad reviews on here. The check in was fine. The people were nice. There are instructions everywhere on what to do. Very communicable. Room was fine. Portable Ac was great. Would stay here again. No elevator but it wasn't awful to bring our stuff up the stairs. Loved my bananas every morning.

We wanted to stay close to our sons house and this was perfect. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. It’s a basic hotel, but would definitely stay here again.
