Hume Park is a picturesque picnic area that covers over 31.72 acres of land. The park offers a variety of amenities, including open spaces, a baseball diamond, an off-leash dog area, playground equipment, a picnic shelter, a grass field, three tennis courts, and access to the Brunette River and Brunette-Fraser path. The park features a large adventure play structure designed for up to 60 children between the ages of 5 and 12. The new, attractive rubber surface is designed to withstand various weather conditions, requires minimal maintenance, and offers excellent traction for children playing around the new water features.

2025 Update: Hume Park Picnic Shelter includes 2 picnic tables (2 wheelchair accessible), a Water fountain, a Washroom facility, a Garbage receptacle and Power. A trail that offers access to a beautiful river, parkland and forest filled with trails.
