Queensborough Community Centre has a gym, dance classes, yoga, library, and many more, all with the outdoor advantage of Ryall Park. The centre offers a wide range of classes, including strength training sessions led by experienced instructors, catering to diverse fitness needs and preferences. With an abundance of squat racks, deadlift stations, and high-quality equipment, the facility is well-equipped for various workout routines. The thoughtfully designed layout includes different types of pools, ranging from warm kiddie areas to deeper lanes for seasoned swimmers, ensuring that individuals of all ages can find a suitable space for water activities. This community Centre was very welcoming and a special thanks to I believe Harj who works front desk there. His commitment to excellence at Queensborough Community Centre truly enhanced the overall experience for me. His friendly approach and willingness to assist made every visit of mine enjoyable. Moreover, the community Centre itself is a gem, offering a wide variety of activities and amenities. I often come here to use their gym. The well-maintained facilities, diverse programs, and engaging events showcase the Centre's dedication to serving the community's needs. Thanks to Harj and the centre's team, it has become a vibrant hub for learning, recreation, and community bonding. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable community experience!

This place is nice and the people are friendly. There's a microwave and sink you can use if you need it. Lots of places to sit, though I usually sit in the library. Gym, washrooms, library, community rooms, vending machines (though they've been out of order for a while). Lots of free parking with tall trees for shade. I like coming here as I live in my car and it has facilities I can use all in one place, and it's a nice free place to hang out (unless you want to use the gym, then there's a fee).

It’s a great community centre, it is always clean and well-kept whenever I go and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Such a great place to bring the community together.

CENTURY HOUSE REVIEWS

One of the first Senior Centers in BC located in a beautiful park setting. The flower gardens are beautiful in the Spring. There is a small volunteer run cafe with affordable refreshments. A wide range of programs are available.

Love this place. It's calm and peaceful and the people I met are amazing. So humble. I love this place. I love how it's welcomed me into it's wonderful world of recreation happenings. Love love love it!! You won't regret this place.

Wonderful people and programs. Easy access for everyone and a cafe with plenty of lounge style seating for reading or chatting or just waiting for the "Pumpkin Bus".

My daughter and I were both beyond impressed by such a beautiful, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed facility! The architecture and layout are visually stunning and also clearly created with families and community in mind. The aquatic area was spacious, bright, clean and safe. It was the largest indoor pool facility we have ever seen. The lifeguards were checking the stalls as they passed by. The floors were being cleaned frequently. The staff members were putting in a lot of effort to maintain the level of care. We definitely appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. Thank you to everyone at təməsew̓txʷ for creating such a special place in the heart of the community. We'll definitely be back—and next time, we will bring even more family and friends along to share the experience.

I’ve had a great experience. The swimming pool is always very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment. The locker rooms and changing areas are organized and kept tidy, making it easy and convenient for everyone. The hot tub and sauna are fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a swim. I’m also really impressed with the children’s swimming area, which is well-equipped with excellent facilities that make it fun and safe for kids. Highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking for a top-quality aquatic centre!

I come here primarily for the sauna and gym. The facility is nice and clean and they have pretty much everything you’d want in a gym (even a small artificial turf strip with a sled). The sauna and steam room are quite big. My go to community center.
