Our hostess was so very nice and thoroughly knowledgeable about the family as well as the various time periods, changes to the house and various pieces. The tour was extremely well carried out with many opportunities for questions, discussions. Have paid a good deal more for much less informative tours. This tour asks for only a donation to assist in preservation of this sight. We have a lovely time, highly recommend...

My absolute fave place to read, browse, sit down for peace/quiet. Books are very accessible & have lots in stock & variety. I live here close to Metrotown, but I love going to this library. Some times I go to Burnaby Public Library too bec it's much closer. However NewWest has been my haven for bookworming. When my sister came to visit here last year from Philippines, she fell in love w/ this library too! Awesome place!
