Before deciding on our builder we looked at a lot of show homes, plans and talked to a few builders. We loved the workmanship and detail in the Delonix show home. Through our initial conversations with Daryl we could tell he was enthusiastic about making sure our home would be built to suit us perfectly and that all our ideas would be integrated into the design. Delonix made sure that the whole design would work flawlessly together and Daryl was with us the whole way to give input and advice while always keeping our budget in mind. we couldn't be happier with our decision to build with Delonix and we love our forever home.

The coach house is amazing, and it really is everything that we envisioned (and more). Looking back at the initial meetings it is insane to see it all realized. Delonix Homes took our thoughts and dreams (which were probably very vague) and made them come true.
