The entire team at San Rufo Homes has gone above and beyond on creating a beautiful home for my family and I. The sales lady was professional, knowledgeable and responded to all my crazy requests. The design process was wonderful - we loved getting to meet different suppliers to make the house 'ours'. The construction team took a genuine interest in the build of my home and the trades all seemed to be very respectful and skilled. The warranty team also went above and beyond in customer service - they tended to a few items that they weren't obligated to. They've always responded to my requests and questions quickly. Exceptional home builder.

I built my custom home with sanrufo and service and quality of workmanship is amazing. Everyone is good when they are selling you house but after service which make big difference for any customer. It’s been about 2 years since I got my house and in this time I go through with so many time with small issues and it’s all taking care in timely manner. All staff is amazing but biggest thing is owner John personally vary active and responsible. Yesterday I had no hot water and it’s Friday night and it’s long weekend and don’t understand what to do I email John at 10.30 pm and in 5 minutes he replied back with cc someone to look after this. I can’t believe this and never forget kindness of this. I would say if you are looking for buying house and if you have option to buy from Sunrufo don’t look no further.

I built with this company and I would recommend to any new home buyer. Corrina and John were easy to negotiate with and after service repairs are going smoothly. All in all everything went smoothly and I love my beautiful custom home.
