3 Best Home Inspectors in Montreal, QC

Michel Angelo is one of the best inspectors you could get for the money you pay. This is the second time I have hired him and, similar to the first time, I am extremely pleased with his services. He is punctual, arrived before the appointment to the house and was extremely transparent with everything he said. I am still learning French and he was aware of it. Even when the owners of the potential houses we wanted to buy spoke to him in French, he would assure that I understand what was said. He Inspected the houses I was looking into in detail and delivered excellent points on possible red flags. He is honest, respectful and very professional. He provided a detailed written report and recorded videos on every single aspect of the houses which I would use as my checklist. He is organized with his inspection and kept me aware of all the different points. He provided advises on the fly on maintenance and solutions for possible problems. Also, when he doesn’t know something, he says he doesn’t know instead of providing false information. I recommend him without a doubt and would definitely request their services once again.

Michel Angelo Laforte of AL Inspection was professional and thorough. I appreciated his efforts to speak with me in English and provide a report in English (this is sometimes hard to find nowadays). He also delivered the report very promptly. The sales/ customer service team was also friendly and professional to correspond with. There was good follow up on their end. Patrice is amazing he walked me through the whole process. Before the inspection even started Patrice set the expectation and what the deliverables would be. Super thorough and detailed report. Also Patrice was a generally cool dude a pleasure to work with super happy with my choice of inspectors. Will definitely work with Patrice in the future.
