AL INSPECTION REVIEWS

Michel Angelo is one of the best inspectors you could get for the money you pay. This is the second time I have hired him and, similar to the first time, I am extremely pleased with his services. He is punctual, arrived before the appointment to the house and was extremely transparent with everything he said. I am still learning French and he was aware of it. Even when the owners of the potential houses we wanted to buy spoke to him in French, he would assure that I understand what was said. He Inspected the houses I was looking into in detail and delivered excellent points on possible red flags. He is honest, respectful and very professional. He provided a detailed written report and recorded videos on every single aspect of the houses which I would use as my checklist. He is organized with his inspection and kept me aware of all the different points. He provided advises on the fly on maintenance and solutions for possible problems. Also, when he doesn’t know something, he says he doesn’t know instead of providing false information. I recommend him without a doubt and would definitely request their services once again.

Michel Angelo Laforte of AL Inspection was professional and thorough. I appreciated his efforts to speak with me in English and provide a report in English (this is sometimes hard to find nowadays). He also delivered the report very promptly. The sales/ customer service team was also friendly and professional to correspond with. There was good follow up on their end. Thank you for the good work and for making a stressful experience slightly easier.

Patrice is amazing he walked me through the whole process. Before the inspection even started Patrice set the expectation and what the deliverables would be. Super thorough and detailed report. Also Patrice was a generally cool dude a pleasure to work with super happy with my choice of inspectors. Will definitely work with Patrice in the future.

LEGAULT-DUBOIS INC. REVIEWS

I was recommended their service by CAA, and I'm very pleased with the results. I had a moisture inspection that involved investigating my home's attic. The inspector was thorough, very courteous and considerate. The report provided is also really detailed and gives me an excellent idea of what my next steps should be to resolve my issues. Their service was more expensive than home inspections I have had in the past- however they were by far the most detailed and thorough I have experienced.

II was very pleased with Legault's service. They arrived promptly, on time, and carried out their work efficiently and knowledgably. Any questions were answered with pleasure, any explanation was clear, and the reports were received promptly.. I highly recommend Legault-Dubois.

Amazing service, very professional. We had three different employees from this firm, and they were all wonderful.

MOSE HOME INSPECTION REVIEWS

Andrew was an outstanding home inspector! From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He patiently explained every detail during the inspection, answered all my questions, and offered helpful tips for future maintenance. His insights made the entire process much less stressful. His report was clear, well-organized, and easy to understand, giving me full confidence in my purchase decision. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and extremely helpful home inspector.

Our inspector was very detail oriented, which was amazing. We found out about (and had fixed) an electrical issue that no other inspector had picked up on in the past, and that would have been a danger to our young children. Thank you so much, Andrew!.

We used Mose Home Inspection during the purchase of our first home. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew who was super nice and explained everything as he went. We would highly recommend them for your inspection needs.
