Tom provided a home inspection before we put in an offer on our new-to-us home. He was very thorough outside and in, providing timelines + estimates on work that should be done and explaining what he liked and didn't like in the construction + why. This is our first home and having a professional come in to check things out helped us feel confident making an investment in a home.
