Summit home inspections

The inspector came early, he stayed a little longer than the allotted time. He did a very concise job seemed to back up his personal opinion with his instruments. Not sure what they did a few scanners and different coloured lights, I guess, infrared, etc.. The inspection time I had was limited and so he was able to do a prorated rate some thing other, inspectors were not willing to do. Thank you very much Frank you did a great job!
