Halifax Home Inspections

Darren is an excellent home inspector. He was able to inspect the house on short notice to meet our tight deadlines, he did an incredibly thorough job including a full report with colour photos and detailed explanations of what he was seeing, he was available to talk to us immediately after he completed the report, and he made sure we fully understood the most pressing issues as well as the ones to budget for in the coming years. He offered local knowledge of price ranges for repairing or replacing the items that need addressing, and he also communicated the immediate issues to our realtor to assist us in the home-buying negotiation process. Should we need a home inspector in the future, we would definitely use this company again!

Darren was great. He was extremely thorough, took time to explain everything he saw/found, and was very knowledgeable. We received the report a few hours after the inspection. He was also very quick to reply when we had a couple of follow up questions after receiving the report. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone to conduct a home inspection!

Sean showed up early to prepare and check the outside of the house. We thought he was incredibly thorough, and found issues in places we wouldn’t have even considered. He was easy to talk to and provided helpful suggestions for repairs/maintenance. Very happy with the service, booking process, and especially Sean.
