David was absolutely fantastic, he was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go through every part of the house with us and explain it so we could understand. David helped us feel confident and comfortable with our investment. We received the detailed report in short time and took one thing off our plate during a busy time. Gave a great detailed report and gave me the peace of mind to proceed. Great advice to handle minor issues that some may overlook.
