I am blown away by the quality of this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms with well thought out details. The hotel stay includes free shares laundry facility, the continental breakfast is modest but has a really wide range of varieties, gym is pretty decent. Room is spacious and well equipped with extra beddings, work stations, kitchen (fridge, microwave), vanity mirror, night light. I can’t overstate how much I enjoyed my 4 nights stay in this place - highly recommend!

The location is great as there are restaurants nearby. The Nature Museum is also a 10 minute walk and it's a great visit. Breakfast included and it's pretty good. You can take a breakfast sandwich to go. The rooms were clean and the service was great. I honestly will probably come back here as it's a great spot and everything was a walking distance like the mall and Parliament as well.

Highly recommend! It's definitely an older hotel but everything was super clean, very comfy beds, good amenities and nice staff. Special shoutout to a surprisingly generous included breakfast (eggs, meat, fruits, etc). It was a great value for the cost.

Wonderful taxi to the hotel, wonderful greeter at the door, help with my bags with ease, joy, and fun. Very professional and pleasant checkin, helpful in giving me directions where to go, and felt like a queen when I saw my room. Bed just right, very clean room, temperature nice and cool, and lights on to greet me. I think I’ll enjoy this week.

Amazing hotel. Fantastic rooms. Great atmosphere. We were absolutely amazed at the quality of the rooms here. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Also, within easy walking distance of most sites we wanted to see (Parliament, War memorial, Canal, Sparks street, etc). Highly recommended.

Wow! What an amazing stay. Customer service was above and beyond. From the valet to the bellhop to the counter desk. And our room - so quiet you couldn’t hear any neighbors. Two washrooms in one room with our family of 4 was a great surprise. Highly recommend this hotel.

LES SUITES HOTEL OTTAWA REVIEWS

Prime location with fantastic, spacious room. This will be my go-to for stays in Ottawa whenever I visit now. Literal steps away to the Rideau Centre, Byward Market and the train station. Farm Boy is within the Rideau Centre so it was extremely easy to purchase groceries and keep them in the suite instead of going out to eat for every meal. Washer and dryer were even available in the room which blew my mind and was so nice to have! Rooms were clean, well maintained, and staff were helpful. Lobby and elevator have extra layers of security as well, so I felt safe during my stay.

Was checked in by Varlene at reception. Very friendly, courteous and efficient. I joked about getting an upgrade, and she gave it to me with a smile. She understands customer service and what keeps a client coming back. I come to this hotel regularly, location is great, right in the byward market, and the newly renovated suites are spacious and tasteful. Highly recommend

We got a one bedroom apartment suite it’s perfect for travelling with family. Washer and dryer. Nice kitchen. Balcony. Great location. Very clean. Elevators kind of go to random floors but the hotel was full of kids maybe they were goofing around.
