HOLTZ SPA REVIEWS

My husband and I recently came in for a couples massage. It was his first massage so he was nervous but the massage therapist made him feel comfortable before and during his massage! When we walked into the massage room there were rose petals on the beds which was such a beautiful and special touch for Valentine’s Day. Sienna and Brianna did an amazing job and we felt so relaxed afterwards. The salon that you enter is clean and bright and everyone is welcoming. The spa area is so relaxing and we were able to enjoy complimentary tea/coffee after our service. We would 100% return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I have booked a full spa package for the first time for July 5th. The services included a massage, facial, body scrub and foot scrub. Everyone at the spa was friendly, professional and on time with the services performed. They made an effort to acknowledge you and provide great customer service. The services were done very well and were worth every penny. The space is very nice and has a calm atmosphere, which is perfect for a spa. I will be back soon for more services. Thank you everyone that made the day special.

I enjoyed every second of my time there. My husband got me the mom-to-be package that included a massage, pedicure, and catered lunch and it completely exceeded my expectations. The massage therapist was terrific (the have a special cushion for the belly so you can lie on your stomach), the pedicurist was meticulous, gentle and super friendly, and the lunch was great as well. The front desk personnel were also kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place!

I booked my first Brazilian wax at The Upkeep Shoppe, I was quite nervous. The moment I first walked into the spa, I was greated with a warm smile and offered a warm tea to drink before the service. I truly recommend The Upkeep Shop either its your first time getting a Brazilian or you'd like to relax. The staff is knowledgeable, professional.

The place is beautiful and has a warm welcoming atmosphere and environment. Very clean and bright. I had a stress release massage and it was phenomenal. Sarah was so sweet and did an amazing job! A nice touch afterwards is she waited in the upstairs lounge area and had a tea ready for me. Absolutely will book again.

I am repeat customer at Upkeep Shoppe and I always leave with smile and glow on my face :) Zoe and Meghan are amazing, knowledgeable and always give good recommendations! It is a great spa for organic facials. if you're looking for a facial, then go to Upkeep Shoppe and you wont be disappointed.

Renu Spa on Kent Street is my favourite massage spot in the city. I've had appointments with Sue and Tara and they're both incredible at their craft. They ask the right questions and learn about your problem areas before starting, and throughout the massage, check in to see if the pressure is sufficient. I also love that after each appointment, they check in to see how it all went and chat through what I need to work on to help with my areas of concern. I appreciate the attention to detail and always look forward to my appointments.

I’ve had too many pedicures to count in my life, at all different types of salons in various locations around the world, and NONE compare to the one I just received from Camille at the Kent St location of Renu Spa. It was less a pedicure and more of a foot “facial”. Highly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nico was simply amazing! Just the right amount of pressure. When I went in I was in a lot of pain all over neck, back and calves but she was so patient and calmed the pain down. Now I can move my neck freely. Thank you so much.
