FAIRMONT EMPRESS REVIEWS

My stay at The Fairmont Empress was unforgettable. The hotel's timeless elegance and stunning architecture created a luxurious atmosphere for a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the views of the Inner Harbour were breathtaking. The afternoon tea was a standout feature, offering a perfect touch of indulgence. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Meeting Winston, the dog greeter, was an added delight.

This a late review but we had an amazing stay at the Empress Hotel Victoria! The hotel is stunning, with beautiful rooms and top-notch amenities. A special thank you to Gilbert, the houseperson, who made our stay even more memorable with his outstanding service and friendly demeanor. His attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

A beautiful facility with gorgeous architecture and interior design. Unfortunately, the wait for dinner, tea, and cocktails was so long we chose to eat all meals outside the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone should experience The Empress at least once. Possibly reservations ahead of time would have helped if we had known.

HOTEL GRAND PACIFIC REVIEWS

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Grand Pacific I was here for a conference and arrived 3.5 hours earlier than Check-in to drop off our bags. To our surprise they offered us early Check-in, which was very welcome. One of the best features of this hotel is the room view from the balcony. We had a City-view room which had partial view of the Victoria Harbour and Parliament. The restaurant was also very good as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Grand pacific wedding was incredible from start to finish. Value for money was beyond anything I had hoped to get when I started planning a wedding. Neil and his team were amazing and professional from the first point of contact to the checking out. Every guest at my wedding was so impressed with the hotel and we were able to afford an amazing night that we otherwise would not have been able to. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We greatly enjoyed the access to the Victoria Athletic Club and it's pristine pool, spa and steam room/sauna. It was a great place to socialize with other visitors. They even have a 2 ft kiddie pool that was great for our 3 year old. The hotel is beautiful and clean with friendly service from start to finish!

COAST VICTORIA HOTEL & MARINA REVIEWS

In town just one night for a charity dinner that took place at another hotel. Fortunately that hotel was sold out! I have stayed at several Coast Hotels over the years and found them very consistent. The Coast in Victoria, which had a great location on the water with close to all the amenities, was no where close to the charity event. But we chose Coast because of that consistency. The rooms have been renovated and are fresh and clean and new! Service at check in flawless - and when an issue with Uber arose, the bellman stepped up and got us a Blue Bird Can that saved the day. Comfortable night sleep, short stroll along the waterside and then professional and speedy check out with great value! We will be back!

Dealt with Hailey Ouellette, Service Manager, regarding mooring my boat. She was great to deal with. Professional and courteous, as was the entire front desk staff. Old fashioned personal service. The Coast Hotel still treats its guests as they should. What a pleasure!!!

Great place to stay especially if arriving by boat. Been staying there for over 20 years. All staff has always exceeded our expectations especially on our last visit a couple of days ago when we had special needs for our 73ft schooner. Room was perfect with great view.
