When I first met Rad I knew I had found the perfect wedding coordinator. She is absolutely lovely! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and organized, all that we could ask for in a wedding coordinator and more. She was always accessible to answer questions and had great ideas which we incorporated into the ceremony and reception. My husband said after the wedding that Rad was a gift and we could not have created our amazing wedding day without her. We really liked her gentle, gracious and calm approach to everything. She took care of all the little details to ensure wedding went smoothly and perfectly all round. All we had to do was relax and let the event unfold. We had several mishaps on our day and Rad came to the rescue with her amazing emergency SOS tool kit to fix things. Rad Occasions lives up to the name, totally “rad”, and their motto, “we got this” was evident on our day. We would highly recommend Rad and her team to family and friends.

I am leaving a review for Rad Occasions, specifically for Radhika and her team, who have assisted me and my partner throughout our wedding planning and wedding day. When we first met Rad, we knew she was the right planner for us as she was very open to suggestions, listened to what we wanted and has extensive knowledge of outdoor and backyard weddings. Rad provided us with resources for planning and made sure to periodically check in with us to help keep us on track. We are happier with the high level of service that Rad and her team provided us on the day of our wedding. Rad was very responsive yet cool, calm and collected. It was evident when we found out within a week of our wedding day that there was a bike race across Victoria and the whole timeline needed to be adjusted. On the day of, everything went smoothly and to plan all thanks to Radhika's planning and preparedness based on a change of events. I would highly recommend Rad and her team of experts to help support you towards and during your wedding date. You will feel supported and comfortable knowing a dedicated team of planners are making sure that your dream day is amazing.

We contracted Radhika to support us with event coordination for our annual convention. She truly helped make the event a success, ensuring that the details were taken care of so that I, as the only staff at the association, could focus on the convention itself. From hospitality, to A/V, to making sure I remembered to eat, she truly was a pleasure to work with. Her calm, professional nature was the perfect fit for the event, and I look forward to working with her again next year.

My husband and I decided to go with the Good Party for our wedding coordinator this summer and we are so so happy that we did. They really were such lifesavers!! We were paired up with Jules as our coordinator and we cannot say enough good things about her. She was such a huge help throughout our last month of wedding planning and the day itself, that I really don't know if we could have done it all without her. She had an eye for detail, and anticipated solutions before we even saw a problem arising! She also was lead on our venue set up and take down and she made the space absolutely beautiful! It was better than what we had imagined with our decor vision. If you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner or month of coordinator I highly highly recommend checking out the Good Party! We are so thankful that we went with them!!

Highly recommend The Good Party (specifically Jules) for wedding coordination and set-up/take-down services! Jules was a pleasure to work with and helped us deliver the wedding of our dreams. She was organized, both in the lead up and during the execution of the wedding. She helped us navigate questions and problems, and we often laughed along the way. All of our other vendors spoke so highly of her coordination which allowed my husband and me to just enjoy our day. Extremely worthwhile investment. We’ll be recommending The Good Party to all our friends.

If you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner, my advice is DO IT!!! Carley and her team did an amazing job planning and managing almost all aspects of our wedding. Carley was so incredibly creative, detail-oriented and organized, and I’m so grateful to have had her services when planning such an important day. It was the best investment we could have possibly made for ourselves and the Good Party threw us the most spectacular (and stress-free) wedding. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, team!

I would die for Emma. I am an intensely type A person who didn’t think I’d need a coordinator but got one just in case. Literal best decision I’ve ever made. Emma did SO much for us on our day it was unbelievable. It felt like for our wedding day she was my external hard drive where, as an anxious person, I didn’t feel anxious once. I actually knew I wanted to hire her when, on our first call, she struck this incredible balance of kind and direct that made me 1000% confident she knew what she was doing and I could trust her. And BOY COULD I. I wish I had Emma running every day of my life, her and her team were incredible and I actually got to enjoy our wedding because of them.

Absolutely love Details! We had the pleasure of working with Emma, who is truly the sweetest and most helpful person ever. Her communication was amazing, and she completely nailed the vision I had in mind—it was perfect! We feel so lucky to have had Emma’s support on our special day; she made everything so smooth and stress-free. Even a few of my friends couldn’t stop raving about how amazing she was. Huge THANK YOU to Emma and the whole Details team!

They made sure our day went off without any issues, everything happened on time, and we could just focus on enjoying ourselves.
