HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES WATERLOO REVIEWS

We've been staying here for a few years and it never disappoints. The only thing I have an issue with, when having breakfast the staff have a tendency to linger at the table to chat and it makes it uncomfortable sometimes. But otherwise super friendly staff. The pool is awesome especially if you have young kids they have a little splash pad area in the pool room. Water buckets in the pool as well as a bubble fountain in the pool.

We've stayed in this hotel a number of times now and it is a great deal. I really like it because I have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. More hotels should provide this coffee machine in room as the current availability of other systems or simple machines. If and they provided knockoff coffees are awful.

Breakfast was amazing. Halima was fabulous. Brightened up our morning, very friendly and was very helpful. The pool was perfect, staff was great. Location was perfect for the market as its walking distance to it. Looking forward to coming back again

DELTA HOTELS WATERLOO REVIEWS

The staff at the Waterloo Delta were exceptional through every point of our stay. We came there in emergency circumstances and they let us check in early, provided food and a listening ear. They understood our needs and helped us feel safe and supported. Their flexibility and understanding made the very challenging circumstances we were facing much easier to deal with. We're so grateful for their help and we hope to stay there again, but for happier reasons. It's the only place I would stay or recommend to my family/friends in Waterloo.

I had a great view from the 9th floor suite. The place is immaculate and the staff were very friendly and professional. I slept very well each night and woke up refreshed and ready to take on the day. The location is near all the new, exciting projects in Waterloo. There is a great park nearby for the morning run. Make sure to check out the pool for a few laps before lounging in the hot tub!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it. Parking was easy, reception was simple and friendly and our room was excellent. Location is perfect and you could easily walk downtown. Will certainly stay here again!

HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON REVIEWS

The staff was lovely, always willing to help out or answer any questions. The room was large for my family, We loved the suite with the ability to close the door, and it allowed for some separation when kids needed it. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was great. Well balanced, on weekends they used wooden utensils, I would have preferred the stainless steel they used on the weekdays, but that is my preference.

Very nice place. The room is very spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The girls are doing a fantastic job in service. There is a pool and a fitness center. However, the pool was closed due to glass on the floor. The manager invited me to go to the hotel next door, which is on the same management and I could go to the pool there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites Waterloo. The room was clean, spacious and well ventilated. The gym facility is great and the complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again.
