One King West Hotel & Residence

Loved the ambiance and views from my room. Matthew in the lobby was so pleasant and always gave great suggestions. The only thing I'd suggest is finding a different vendor for their personal hygiene products as the lotion smells like ginger and hand sanitizer. No actual complaints and I'd love to come back. The hotel bar and lounge is pretty dope with a great smoked old fashioned.

We went here for just one night but the service was fantastic and the in hotel gym was pretty decent compared to most. The lobby has a cool ambiance mixed with the restaurant and bar. The service was quick and well done even when I forgot something in my car. I recommend taking the 25-50$ room upgrade if it’s offered as we had amazing views. Bathrooms could us renovation a bit but didn’t affect our stay experience.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was great from the staff to the room, amenities, bar, food and cocktails. Location was great. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again if I had the opportunity.
