We recently had Airco come in to install our new air conditioning system in our house. I had a few quotes and during the quote process the information provided by airco was the most informative. They didn’t have the cheapest quote but they definitely instilled the most confidence. On the install day it proved to be one of the most difficult jobs the techs had ever come across, but they were nothing but patient and professional. Very kind friendly techs and felt totally comfortable with them in my home. They worked very hard! They were very well equipped to handle the difficult job. I love that they’re a local family run business! Also the communication we had was really prompt and clear. We’ll be doing all our HVAC maintenance through them from now on. The people at AIRCO were a pleasure to deal with. During every step of the process they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dan did the initial quote and was very thorough in his explanations of what would be done for the price quoted as well as letting us know what rebates we would be eligible for. William and Jordan did the installation of our new furnace, heat pump and thermostat. they were always respectful of our home when they were inside and friendly when explaining what they were doing at each stage of the job. It's been a month since the install and everything is working smoothly. I would highly recommend this team for any HVAC work that you need to be done.
