Our boiler overheated, causing a pipe to burst in our ceiling. Jafar came to the rescue. Jafar replaced parts that were malfunctioning in the boiler. He also added extra sensors and fixed the original piping that was not installed correctly by a previous company. Jafar fixed our boiler quickly and put in long hours to ensure it worked properly and that we were safe. This is the second time we've used Best Way Heating, and we are once again so pleased with them. This time, they serviced our heat pump. Although we had had other companies service it over the years (one which even tried to tell us it was just an air conditioner not a heat pump) Jaffar discovered that it had never been properly cleaned, so I guess I paid for the others to do nothing. I wholeheartedly recommend Jaffar and his team to anyone needing work on their heating system.

Very knowledgeable. Isolated problem and worked efficiently to address condensation trap problems on my high-efficiency furnace. Did thorough cleaning of the entire furnace. The price charged for his diligent work was very reasonable. He patiently answered all my questions so I could understand the operational issues and did so without wasting any time.
