Ridiculously great experience. They were top notch right from Al’s informative assessment to the finished AC and furnace install. The team were super efficient and knowledgeable. They were very courteous and professional. They worked well together using each other’s expertise to get a creative job done to fit our unique house set up. Patrick, Andrew, Riley and Dan were done well in advance of the expectations they originally set for us and kept us informed the whole way through. These guys efforts really stood out and left us in awe of how well things went. Costco chose a fantastic partner to team up with.

Just go central air conditioning installed. Took advantage of the Costco rebate promotion, with Moore and Russel. The entire experience was excellent. From booking the appointment, the in-home consultation with Yann and the installation. We felt taken care of. The installation went smoothly. The installers used drop cloths and cleaned up after work was done. We had a couple of follow up items that needed attention and immediately, the next day a service person came out. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!

M&R was great! Having owned our home for less than 2 years, we weren't familiar with all the maintenance protocols for our AC and HRV units. Our technician Lindsay, was honest, professional and ensured all our questions were addressed. She even saved us money by editing our contract to properly fit our needs. We will definitely use them again for other services.
