I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Jason and his team at Cross Heating. I contacted them to help with the replacement of a rental unit. He quoted a very competitive price to not only install the new unit but also remove and return the old unit to the rental company. I felt comfortable moving ahead with Cross due to the prompt and clear communication, as well as the peace of mind of their 10-year warranty. They were able to perform my installation extremely quickly, thanks to a cancellation, and the two gentlemen who took care of the work were courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cross to others.

Very happy with Cross Heating service, They were genuinely concerned about my situation with furnace not working in the middle of January and did everything possible to accommodate me. They rushed in my furnace and offered 1 day earlier install. Their installation crew arrived on time as scheduled, were very friendly, courteous and clean! After they left one would never know they were even in my home. I would definitely call them for future needs.
