True North Heating and Cooling

This was my first time getting A/C and I didn’t know where to start. Once I spoke to True North I knew I made the right choice! I was more than impressed with my whole experience from start to finish. They were accommodating, friendly, timely and the price is very competitive. The installation was smooth and caused very little disturbance to my day. The staff is polite and cleaned up after the installation. The office staff was equally as polite and helpful. I truly only have good things to say about my experience. Can’t wait to use my new A/C, bring on the hot hot summer!

True North replaced our furnace and installed air conditioning for us this fall. From the first call with Carmal for a quote through the installation with Cory and his team, the process was professional and well-organized. They kept us informed about the timing of instalment and were great about answering our questions. We are really pleased with the results!
