Although my original interaction with the call centre double booked my appointment and left me waiting all day for a no show, my local office remedied the situation immediately and sent Mark out to fix my system. He was prompt, and professional, made sure it worked after fixing and then provided me with a tutorial on best practices and how to reset my system if the situation happens again. As a new homeowner using propane the info was welcome and appreciated. Thanks Mark!!!! Wardlaw needs to get rid of the call centre and let the local offices make their own appointments for service calls.

David was not only on time but early! Took his time & was very thorough. Some technicians in the past have been very abrupt when we have asked questions. David was patient, answered all our questions & made suggestions never made before during maintenance work. It is the best service we have ever had from Wardlaw. Highly recommend!

David is a very professional thorough technician who takes great pride in his work. Great with animals and good at answering questions. He took the time and listened to what we had to say. Would highly recommend it.
