She is also a frequent presenter at women’s shelters on the same topics she treats her clients for on a daily basis. Shelley Pompana Spear Chief has been a regular presenter on First Nations trauma in several Indigenous communities across Canada. Absolutely LOVE Pam! Sought out hypnotherapy as part of an overall wellness program to support improving my health which meant addressing habits and challenges impacting me reaching my goals. She helped me absolutely crush my driving anxiety within a few sessions, supporting my efforts to be confident behind the wheel. She also used her skills to support me in quitting smoking...without meds, without terrible withdrawals - when you're ready to quit, try hypnotherapy! Her positive, calm treatments always leave me feeling wonderful when I leave her office. Such an underestimated therapy and with Pam you're in the hands of a master. If you're looking for a partner in change, I highly recommend her to everyone I meet!.

Pam Carpenter is a wonderful hypnotist. She truly cares about the people she sees. Pam's voice is soothing, she is warm and gentle, and non judgemental. I highly recommended Pam Carpenter to anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their lives. Her rates are affordable and are able to be claimed under social work with many health plans.

I had a debilitating fear of driving and didn't know why and knew I had to do something as it was messing up my jobs and life in general.( I do mainly highway driving to go anywhere) I did a little shopping around and talked to a few hypnotherapists (just meet and greets) and felt comfortable with Pam right away (even over the phone) . I went for one session with Pam and finally drove in the white out yesterday and had no fear at all. I got a little shaky when a semi went passed me in the other lane and looked at the color Pam told me to look for when I became nervous, and I calmed right away . I used to get stomach problems every time I knew I had to drive, especially in bad weather, and haven't experienced those since the session. I have also remembered a few accidents I have witnessed in life after the session that explained the fear. I highly recommend Pam.
