Charlene was absolutely amazing! It was my first time in and even though I didn’t buy my glasses there, she adjusted my glasses to fit my face in just one try. She also replaced my nose pieces and didn’t charge me anything. I will definitely be back soon.

Great experience. Came in to have my sunglasses repaired and they helped me immediately and glasses were fixed within minutes!! Everyone there is so generously and friendly. Only positive vibe here.

I was traveling from out of town and these folks saved the day! One of my daily contacts was not feeling right and I was concerned about it coming out while driving back home. They were quick to give me a replacement (plus extras) at no cost. If I lived in Lethbridge this would be my choice for sure.

I recently had an excellent experience at Professional Optical. Went in with problems with my right eye and due to their experience and professionalism they quickly diagnosed what the problem was and have now outlined the next course of action. Thanks so much to Dean and Tina.

Dean was great as always. Did a fab job of explaining my husbands needs. Hubby is always a bit wary, but was fully on board by the end of the appointment. Thanks Dean.

The staff was so so nice and funny. Almost Every worker asked if I had someone help me, the customer service was very good on my trip. The person that helped me was great, let me know about the deals and explained stuff great without any pressure to go for the sales, I did end up going for the sale and I think compared to other places it was a great option. Haven’t received my glasses yet. Edit: took 16 days from the day I bought them, including weekends and I think a holiday Monday. And I think they are great glasses.

I was given excellent customer service as always with a ream effort of employees helping me out to ensure I got what I needed. My experience with Specsavers was heightened with the help of Tyler, Preet and Alina. I had assistance with other team members as well but didn’t unfortunately get all their names. Everyone was so willing to be available for help and gave honest opinions regarding my choices. I would recommend Specsavers Park Place Mall 100%

Extremely friendly staff. They are understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Not to mention, fair prices compared to other places. This location is the best optometry I’ve been to.
