This program has changed my life! I’m 5 Months in and I’ve lost almost 50lbs!! Tianna is an amazing coach she helps motivate and keep you on track. She won’t let you feel discouraged she helps pick you back up and dust you off. She is always there when you need her even when she’s on holidays. Best choice I’ve ever made.

Love love love Tiana! She is so understanding and friendly and is so great to work with. Even if I have bad days with my weight loss she is always there to help and keep you upbeat and on track! Would recommend her and this program to everyone! I have lost almost 100lbs with ideal protein and Tiana.

When I was on the Ideal Choice program, and stuck to it, the results were really good. Tiana is an awesome coach.

The program works well! Terra is informative and helps you understand the program enabling positive results. She is personable and does her best to accommodate appointments. It has been a good and continues to a good experience! Job well done.
