Siju George, is an amazing physiotherapist helped me get my should back in line. And not to mention Disha their massage therapist is amazing aswell her massages feel really good especially after a long days of work. 10/10 would recommend the both of them.

I highly recommend Siju George, PT. He is kind, compassionate, and skilled at what he does! He worked with me to help manage pain in my shoulders/back and after only a few sessions I noticed a HUGE improvement! I’m very impressed with the results!

I was 'beyond' happy to have had my vertigo stopped through vestibular therapy at Lifemark. They were all very professional, friendly, and efficient.

I was involved in an auto vehicle accident. I sustained damage to my entire right side but specifically my neck, back, ankle, shoulder and elbow. Before treatment: a lot of pain, limited mobility, sleep issues, loss of my hobbies and day to day activities. Symptoms after treatment: most mobility has returned as well as most abiliites to perform tasks...as well as a lot of hope and strategies to deal until all function returns. Overall Expereince: Just the best of care, comfort level, willingness to take time and feeling important overall as a person. Why would you recommend us? I would recommend because Peak truly puts the patient first. The care is top notch; the treatment is always backed by knowledge and understanding.

Elizabeth helped me with TMJ pain by helping to solve the root problem. I have had a number of effective treatments prior but nothing that lasted more than a few days... now it's weeks between painful days and I do the exercises when I feel tension coming on and it's much less painful. Now Elizabeth is helping solve other aches and pains... give it a try and I'm sure you'll be glad you did.

Wonderful people! Surprisingly tolerant of my impatience with the slow recovery process. They helped me realize the only thing holding me back was pain .Attitude is Power!

Stephanie and James have been excellent to work worth. I have spent time with both therapists and they have been exceptional help to me and my wife. We both have worked physical jobs and have the aches and pains to go with it. They have worked with us as much as we needed to get the results we were looking for. Other clinics I have been to rush you in and out while dealing with as many other patients as they could fit in, this not the case with Stephanie and James. They provide one on one care and made sure we felt like we were important. I definitely recommend them.

I have been a client of Stephanie and James for several years. They give you focused, personalized service and follow up with a specific exercise plan made for you. Stephanie and James are both very well versed and educated in their field. James uses dry needling which I find very effective for my issues.

The staff are so friendly. James is very thorough and knowledgeable, and I never feel rushed. The office is welcoming and very clean!
