I’m pregnant and new to the Lethbridge area, and this was my second massage since moving here. I had tried another place before, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the experience. Then I found Ahave Massage Spa and booked with Shara—and I’m so glad I did! She really listened to the issues I was having with my body and focused on the areas that needed attention. I felt heard, cared for, and so much better after my massage. I’ll definitely be coming back. This is officially my new go-to massage spot in Lethbridge! Highly recommend Shara and Ahave Massage Spa.

They were able to accommodate my late day request for a massage following a long drive to Lethbridge. I received very professional and considerate massage care from Madison who was attentive and kind. She prevented my back and hips from being painfully tight the next day. Booking was easy and fast and communication was excellent. I am returning for another tune up before my drive back! I appreciated the lovely framed scripture, water and chocolates in the reception area. Holistic care! Thank you.

I am so excited! I suffer from chronic pain and my first massage with Shara gave me a feeling of hope! She found spots to work on that had been briefly addressed before but never given the attention they needed. I was so impressed with her professionalism and skill. Dickson is a knowledgeable and skilled masseuse. I went for a massage to help relieve tension in my neck and shoulders. Perfect pressure, very professional and even showed me some helpful stretches to relieve any future pain. I only booked a 30 minute session and Dickson made every minute count. And even added essential oil at the last few minutes to relax me. Great job.

My deep tissue massage with Raphael was great! He took the time to discuss my needs before our session, and really focused on them. He asked for feedback (pressure, comfort, etc) throughout the session to make sure I was happy and explained what muscle groups he was working on, which I really appreciated! His technique for neck and shoulders is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

I visit 4 Elements Wellness Clinic for acupuncture with Chris Middleton. The staff is friendly and efficient. Chris, however, always goes above and beyond in his treatments with me. I have to be honest and say I was hesitant when I went for my first treatment but it now has become one of my favorite self care appointments.

I highly recommend this place. My therapist, Nida was excellent. I told her my area of concern that has been bugging me for almost a month and she did an amazing job making it feel better. She was very thorough, catered her massaging techniques to make that area feel relieved and well. After the session, she gave me some tips on proper posture and stretches. I walked out feeling pleased, alleviated from pain and relaxed. I felt valued and surely be a returning client, and my go to therapist will be Nida.

I recommend Lethbridge Thai Massage to all my friends and family. All of the staff are so wonderful and kind. I’ve seen most of the massage therapists and they’re all very skilled and friendly. I’d like to give a special shout out to Anya though. I’ve been to her the most and it’s always a lovely experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience to have a massage here. The service was exceptional, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Looking forward to my next visit.
