SNORE MD LETHBRIDGE REVIEWS

After using CPAP therapy for 13 years, and needing to find a new sleep apnea clinic, I expected today to pick up a replacement machine from Snore MD and be out the door shortly after. Boy was I wrong. So thankful Rob treated me like a new patient! He took the time I needed for me to better understand my condition and features of the new machine that after follow-up and fine tuning will improve my sleep! Feeling like I'm finally in good hands knowing Rob will check my results in the next few days, then on regular intervals afterwards.

Rob at Smore MD Sleep in Lethbridge provided EXCELLENT care for his patients. He spends the time not only the first day but all the follow up visits to made sure you are getting the best possible care. He is there if you need help or adjustments to your treatment long after the 14 day period. He answers his emails promptly and provides you with a caring and detailed reply. The bottom line is Rob is kind, caring, companionate, and goes the extra mile to provide you with a life time of clinic care.

This is my third cpap machine and third time getting assessed through a sleep clinic. By all means SnoreMD has blown their competitors out of the water. From the initial meeting to the follow up the experience has been unbelievable. Rob is a caring and is genuinely trying to change your life for the better. I will certainly be getting my next machine and accessories from Rob and team.

I was very impressed with the service I received when I brought my older CPAP machine in for servicing. The machine was purchased in another city some years back but that was no problem. Anita checked the machine over and even accessed my old information to see how my mask etc was working and whether an upgrade was necessary. She recommended what filters I needed to replace and provided some extra information about my machine that I was not aware of. Anita answered all my questions and I found her to be very personable with a great sense of humour. The front office staff was very friendly also, which always helps to set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Great job.

As a new CPAP customer, I really appreciated the information Anita gave me. I felt confident in the choice of mask and machine I bought because of this. She followed up with me as my test trial went on to make sure that if I had any concerns, she could address them immediately. Her pleasant personality made the experience enjoyable. The front office staff were great to deal with as well. I would recommend RHS to anyone looking for help with sleep apnea.

Great experience. Anita was patient in explaining the process and how to utilize equipment effectively. She connected with my insurance provider to ensure I had appropriate coverage and reviewed sleep stats thoroughly. Anita was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
