I went into Jason's office thinking what the heck do I have to lose? I have been dealing with a food obsession all my life and always struggled, for as long as I can remember, with my weight. Little did I know that I truly had everything to win by going to see him! I remember everything he said but honestly, I was deep in my head! At one point, he made me release my negative feelings that I had stored in my body all my life and boy oh boy was it ever good to feel them leave my body! I cried like a baby but Jason was right there by my side calming me down! Anyway, fast forward after two session, he gave me a new refreshed tool in my toolbox that I already had but was like broken and he fixed it! My willpower is stronger than ever, I feel focussed, positive and I know for sure I will acheive my goals!!! Anxiety is something I've lived with most of my life and I've learned to accept it. But when my 13 year old started showing severe symptoms of anxiety 2 weeks ago, I couldn't accept it. I was terrified that he would go through what I had gone through as a child and before I knew it, my anxiety was in full force.
