Hello Dr. Maillet, Just wanted to let you know that my sleep pattern has improved!!!! It is far from 100% but I am getting some restful shuteyes (usually 4 hours at a time) and I even went back to work this week! Thank you and I will call you as soon as I need more assistance.
Good morning Dr Maillet, Yesturday was amazingly easy. No urge to purge, binge or starve. No physical reflux triggering urge to purge. I stopped eating when full. I had some passing thoughts of dieting and some fears of getting fatter, that didn't stay with me to impair my ability to eat. I ate what I ate in the hypnosis, when in the pink bedroom, food on tray: spaghetti, and almonds... and more. My partner was quite surprised, as I was too.
