I've had 3 sessions with Gordon now and I'm so happy to say that it's the best decision I've ever made. My best friend highly recommended him after she also had successful sessions with him. I feel like I am healing and shedding my old skin and uncovering my new and improved one. You must be ready for a change and put in the work and be completely open to the possibilities. I have been to many Hypnotherapists before and Gordon has by far been the most gentle and best of them all. He is kind, makes me feel safe and knows how to navigate and work through all sorts of trauma that is stuck in the body. I have been seeing Mr Black for a few months now as I had a challenging childhood. I have always had blank spots in my memory and remembered little of my childhood. Mr Black has been more than professional in helping me navigate and understand some very difficult memories. I have now filled in many of the blanks and have a much better understanding of myself. I can now recall my trauma without the emotional intensity that I experienced in the past. I am developing a calmness that I have never had before. Mr. Black has a caring, kind, understanding of trauma and has helped me help understand my past. I really cannot thank him enough.
