YRSAC is an excellent clinic Their Psychotherapists are top notch, with excellent interpersonal, communication, counseling and clinical skills. I heard about York Region Stress and Anxiety and came in specifically from Ottawa to see them. They were so worth the trip and now I am set up for monthly appointments. They and the office staff were so helpful, professional and extremely knowledgable.
