Westland Insurance-North Vancouver

My home insurance was renewed automatically but with another office. I attempted several times to pay since it was no long auto deducting from my bank account. I was told to log on to Westlands website to enter my info by another branch without success it still wasn't paid. Then over an hour with the IT department at head office, still no luck. Contacted the Lonsdale Office, finally with Tracy and Lisa's help I was able to successfully pay for the insurance. Lisa was able to send an email that allow me to enter my account details. I'm so grateful for her assistance, and I've asked for my policy to be moved to their office for all future interactions.

Insurance renewal can be one of those challenging errands to accomplish outside of business hours - which is why I was so pleasantly surprised to find Westland open on a Sunday afternoon. Steve was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about my car insurance policy and opportunities for cost savings. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and will definitely return in the future.
