I have had the pleasure of using this service several times. Amanda and Steve are excellent communicators and promptly returned messages. Both were friendly, professional, and helpful. The truck arrived at the scheduled time. Cost estimates are accurate and the service is a very good value. I appreciated knowing that materials are recycled where possible. Highly recommend.

Amanda and Steve were excellent to deal with. Hauled away our old countertops for a great price. Kept me informed about date and time of pickup with reminders......even called and were able to come early. Great experience which is not always how it is these days.

I called Frank the Ford this morning to get a quote on removal of a washer/dryer and various other household junk that I could not fit in my car. The woman doing bookings was very helpful and friendly, and they were able to come in less than two hours! Steve the guy who came to do the job was pleasant and professional. The pricing was also very reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend.
